Monica Knickerbocker 

Monica Knickerbocker is an executive HR, operations, and organizational performance leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations improve people, processes, and performance. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and EOS Certified Implementer, she is the Founder and Managing Principal of RevWorks, LLC, where she partners with leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, compliance, and leadership development. Monica is also a credentialed executive coach known for her practical, confidential, and results-focused approach.
