You don't need a title to lead. HR professionals, office managers and supervisors often hold an organization together. Yet many hesitate to speak up when the big decisions are being made. This interactive session is for anyone who carries leadership responsibility without formal authority.
Leadership coach Kip Salter will help you see how you naturally show up as a leader. He'll also give you practical language and tools for stepping confidently into higher stakes conversations with executives and decision makers. Using the GiANT 5 Voices framework, you'll learn how to get your perspective heard on decisions that affect your people and your business. You'll leave with takeaways you can use right away.

Kip Salter coaches leaders through the gap between the leader they default to being and the leader the moment in front of them needs. He brings 25 years of experience in HR and operations across military, federal government, and consulting environments, and he's a certified GiANT Worldwide coach. His style is blunt, practical, and built for Monday morning. He teaches from the trenches, not from theory, and he's quick to share where he's gotten it wrong himself. Kip helps leaders understand how they're wired, build trust with the people they need to influence, and do something different when it counts. He recently spoke at the SHRM Colorado State Conference and is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
